Here’s what we’re getting up to this weekend...
The weather has been gorgeous all week and we’ve been counting down the days to the weekend here at Towan Valley.
1. Go to the beach!
2. Get wet – go swimming, snorkelling, sailing, or surfing…anything that gets you out in the blue waters of the Cornish sea!
3. Have a Cornish ice cream – you can’t beat the Moomaid of Zennor ice-cream or a hedgehog ice cream at Chapel Porth beach.
4. Take your camera out on the South West Coast Path – the views will amaze you
5. Feel the wind in your hair as you cycle the Camel Trail
6. Have a BBQ on the beach. We can smell the burgers already!
7. Dine Al Fresco – our favourite spots are Lewinnick Lodge in Newquay and Pandora Inn near Falmouth
8. Go for a drive along the coastal route – wind the windows down and enjoy the scenery!
9. Have a picnic – there are lots of secret beaches in Cornwall which create the perfect scene for a quiet and sunny picnic
10. Watch the sun as it sets over the sea
